At Retail Integration, our team is the heart of our company. The relationships they have made with our customers are the reason we have continued to deliver innovative solutions to Irish retailers and visitor attractions for over 25 years.

 

Supporting our team

Supporting a culture of learning is key to maintaining the quality of our team. To that end, we fully support and train all new staff so they can meet the ever changing needs of our retail and visitor attraction customers. Enabling all our team members to be a part of the decision-making process, ensures they are engaged in our customers’ challenges and allows us to continue to provide the best possible service.

After initial training, we facilitate continuous upskilling, whether it includes learning a new programming language or mastering a new yoga pose. To help our staff with upskilling and continuous development we are in partnership with Udemy Business, an online learning platform.

Udemy Business has over 16,000 courses that help develop a range of skills including technical ability, IT, finance, leadership and management along with personal development and wellness. We want to cultivate a culture of learning at Retail Integration, and allowing our team access to these courses at any time through Udemy Business, allows us to do so.

 

Three new members join the Retail Integration team

This month, we are delighted to introduce you to three new members of our team! Declan Carter joins us as a Full Stack Developer and both Samuel Adeosun and Séamus Kennedy join us as Customer Support Engineers. We are delighted to have you all on board to help us to maintain and exceed our high level of customer service excellence. Welcome to the team guys!

Continuously growing our knowledgeable and experienced team

Joining us in 2021 as a Technical Support Engineer, Noel Griffin‘s experience, excellent work ethic and reliability was quickly recognised by the Retail Integration team. We are happy to announce that Noel has been promoted to Customer Success Lead and continues to receive rave reviews from all our customers. Huge congratulations Noel, we think you’re pretty great too! 🙂

We look forward to seeing how Declan, Samuel and Seamus progress through Retail Integration along with Noel.
