Integrated Loyalty: Meridian offers an integrated customer loyalty module allowing you to incentivise repeat business and to collect valuable information on buying patterns (Click here for more details).

Deposits: meridian holds deposits. Full deposit details are always available at the register. Details held include name, address and history of payments to date. This feature may also be used for hire items such as glasses.

Gift Tokens and Giftcards: meridian provides fully integrated processing for both giftcards and gift tokens directly via the cash register. You do not rely on an outside processor which streamlines the process, reduces costs and keeps money used to purchase cards or vouchers within your own control. Processing is immediate across all stores in your group meaning a giftcard purchased in one can immediately be used in another and a balance used on one reduces value remaining across all. A full history of card/voucher usage is available at any till.

Product Information:
Using this feature even inexperienced staff can call up details on a particular wine or beer, its source, what types of food it best accompanies etc.

Delivery: The ability to take an order for later delivery to a home or business address is particularly useful for larger orders and for corporate accounts.

Bar Code Label Printing
: Both product and shelf labelling are included as standard. Labels can contain additional information such as Country, Region, price per 70cl, case price etc. Shelf labels can also contain details of current promotions.


Wine & Off Licence

Meridian is used many well known off licences and speciality wine shops both single and multiple outlet. Its fast easy to use till interface means it is quickly learned even by part time staff. Its ability to store information such as tasting notes means that any member of your staff can talk confidently to a customer seeking advice on a certain wine. The integrated promotions allow you to drive customer business. The ability to charge directly to a customer account means paper based records of dealings with restaurants and other businesses are a thing of the past. The integrated loyalty allows you to reward repeat customers and quickly analyse buying trends. All in addition to the usual expected features such as stock control, reporting, replenishment.
